A full-page advertisement for sake made with brewer's rice that was grown using digestive fluids made with food and agricultural waste as compost. The product is designed to minimize waste, and when the sake was advertised in the newspaper on the day it went on sale, the extra newspapers that would have been disposed of were instead used to create the packaging labels. This product is Japan's first SDGs sake created with minimum waste, and the company is planning on using returnable bottles in the future.
