This book summarizes the exhibits at a sake exhibition, visualizing the entire brewing process. Instead of directly depicting sake brewing, it draws on the image of an apprentice centuries ago, watching and learning from a master, glimpsing the thoughts behind each step. At the tasting event, graphics of the brewing process decorated the venue, creating an immersive atmosphere. All reserved slots filled immediately, with extra sessions added. Each table featured this book, guiding guests page by page alongside the tastings. Over 90% of attendees commented that they not only enjoyed the flavors, but also connected deeply with the story behind each sake, refreshing their senses and mind.
