HOTORI (COMION)

I designed the logo for Hotori, a gallery nestled within Comion in Kyoto.
Hidden within the strokes of “ほとり” lies an invisible circle—space and the ripples it sets in motion.
It is a symbol of possibility, of connections born from those ripples, and of the bonds they weave together.
In its minimal form rests the quiet of the water’s surface, and the gentle force that binds people to people, and people to place.
