KOYAMA TOFU POSTER
- Grph.
Posters for Koumi no Koyama, a tofu shop in Nagano. With light, spontaneous brushwork reminiscent of Zen painting, tofu is drawn as something alive. Red, blue, and green, each matched to a product, sit within generous white space, conveying the plainness of the ingredient and the warmth of handwork. The shop's passage into the hands of a new generation is expressed as the kind of change that keeps a tradition living.
