Restaurant OTO
From silence, sound is born. As part of the total creative direction of Hotel MIYAM Matsubarako, we designed the concept, naming, logo, and visuals for Restaurant OTO.
If MIYAM embodies the “silence” of the forest and lake,
OTO exists to create “sound” within that silence.
Like subtraction and addition, the coexistence of opposites brings depth and richness to the overall experience.
Local ingredients are prepared in tune with the rhythms of nature, delivered in their purest form.
Each dish resonates like a note, carrying the seasons and terroir as a sensory memory.
