BANBUSTU NO RUTEN

Posters on the theme of "the flux of all things." The negative space that letters leave behind is extracted and made the protagonist of the form. This space is treated as the ground beneath the characters and as a trace of what came before, expressing the time and space it takes for a shape to become a character. Through the absence of letters, the work asks how meaning comes into being. Even the title carries a slip in its spelling, a word caught before it has fully settled.
